New Construction for Builder /Owner Process
Below is the process to building your home in JRC2:

Obtain your approved Building Permit from the City of Jacksonville: https://jaxepics.coj.net/ and provide the Building Permit number on your JRC2 application.

Compliance Fee ($2,000) & Design Fee ($600) - Make checks payable to ​Jacksonville Ranch Club Two OA, Inc., PO BOX 26033, Jacksonville, FL 32226.

JRC2-32219 Mailbox Order - 2023

Modification-Review-Application (if needed for any changes such as windows, colors, exterior material after approval to avoid forfeiting your Compliance Fee. Processing Time 2 Weeks.

Reimbursement Form - JRC2 - 2024 to process your Compliance Fee Refund after the home is completed and ready for review by our ARC Team. Processing Time 2 to 3 Weeks.

Your first point of contact is the ARC Team via email as follows: JRC2ARCChairperson@gmail.com (Home# (904) 765-7838) • JRC2arcpersonnel1@gmail.com (Home# (904) 765-7838) • JRC2arcpersonnel2@gmail.com. Deliver your package to 9937 Derby Gate Court but please send an email prior to delivery or call (904) 765-7838. They will setup an appointment with you (Owner & Builder) to review your package for approval.

If there are any modifications during the build, fill out a the above form Modification-Review-Application and delivery it to the ARC Team with your check for $35 (Make check payable to ​Jacksonville Ranch Club Two OA, Inc., PO BOX 26033, Jacksonville, FL 32226) to obtain approval from the ARC Team.

After the build is completed, submit the Reimbursement Form - JRC2 - 2024 and deliver to the ARC Team at 9937 Derby Gate Court for processing. The ARC Team will setup a meeting time for your final review. Processing Time 2 to 3 Weeks.

If a Builder want to be added to the "Approved Builder List" submit a request to the ARC Team via email after your first build.
