Community Park
Our community park is on a first come first serve basic but is often shared. In you want to have an event or a party, please send us a request to use the park exclusively on our webpage " Contact Us" and we will send a community email to advise the community of your plans but it still our community park.

Gate Access
Do you need gate access changes to include call box name change, add an additional code or obtain your three digit guest access code? If so please send a request on our webpage " Contact Us" and we will send the details you and your guest. Remember to include your address in JRC2.
Mowing Vacant Lots
Let's keep our community
well maintained.
As a community property owner you are required to ensure that your lot is maintained five times a year. Vacant lot mow by dates are December 31st, March 31st, April 30th, July 31st, and September 30th. If you fail to do so, it will result in a fine of $100.00 (per week) plus the cost of cutting the grass ($ 60.00 per acre - per lot = 1.5 acres X $60 = $90). Please see Exhibit “A”, Article II in our Bylaws of Jacksonville Ranch Club Two Owners Association, Inc.
